Sonoma County natives and owners of Bowman Cellars in Graton, California, recently announced the opening of Third Pig, a cocktail bar located at the historic site of 116 S. Main Street in downtown Sebastopol.
Partnering with Danielle Peters and Erin Clossey of Good Folks Hospitality Co., Third Pig features rotating seasonal cocktail offerings in addition to well-executed classics.
A highly curated spirit selection is found on the back bar to satiate every palate. Striking a balance between award-winning local favorites and more far-flung voices impacting the beer world in all the right ways, the rotating beer list features offerings from Henhouse Brewing, Bow & Arrow Brewing, Moonlight Brewing, and Crowns & Hops.
The ever-evolving wine list, hand-picked by Alex and Katie Bowman, pulls from the abundance of talented California winemakers, giving careful attention to smaller producers. Cocktails draw on the flavors highlighting the seasonality of California while introducing guests to global influences. Inspired by the fabled story of the Three Little Pigs, the beverage program is playful, inventive, and stresses the importance of being accessible. There will be a little something for everyone here.
