DeLille Cellars Announces New Name and Expanded Operations for Woodinville Restaurant

DeLille Cellars’ restaurant in Woodinville, Washington — formerly known as The Lounge — is now The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars. The rebranding aligns with enhancements made to the operations, menu, and wine list and an improved dining experience for visitors, DeLille CEO Tom Dugan said.

“We first established The Lounge to offer elevated food and wine experiences for our customers,” Dugan said. “With the evolution of collaboration with Executive Chef Michael C. Toni and the demand from our customers and Woodinville community, we realized we had a restaurant on our hands. The renaming simply aligns with the current guest experience and the tremendous hospitality and service our team provides.”

In 2021, DeLille Cellars opened a wine-centric dining experience at its winery in Woodinville. The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars offers glass pours and comparative tastings.

The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, with expanded hours that include lunch starting at 11 a.m., a happy hour menu at 2:30 p.m., and dinner service at 5 p.m. In addition to featuring its own wines, the restaurant’s wine list includes 150 wines from across the world, as well as local draft beer and craft cocktails, and DeLille’s award-winning wines. Guests can experience comparative flights that highlight wines with an alternative style or from regions that have inspired DeLille’s winemaking.

DeLille Cellars, founded in 1992, is the oldest operating winery in Woodinville, with winemaking and hospitality venues onsite at the Old Redhook Brewery in the Hollywood District of Woodinville Wine Country. Known for pioneering Bordeaux-style blends from Washington State, the winery sources its grapes from vineyards in the Red Mountain AVA.
