Canton, Ohio – Gervasi Vineyard will feature two-time Grammy-winning artist, producer and writer, Marlow Rosado, as part of the winery resort’s summer concert series on Sunday, Aug. 1.
Rosado is a native of Puerto Rico where he fell in love with Latin tropical dance music. He grew up listening to his salsa heroes on the radio and taught himself to play piano by listening to his favorite artists. Rosado has successfully written, played and produced hits in a variety of musical styles. Rosado earned a Master’s degree in Jazz Education, and is continually sought out by Latin Artists for his arrangement skills. He has performed and worked with a diverse repertoire of artists including Celia Cruz, Tejana singer Selena, Larry Harlow, Tomy Olivencia, Marc Anthony, and Ricky Martin, among others.
Some of Rosado’s most notable work includes the five driving rock tracks he co-wrote on Alejandra Guzman’s album “Lipstick”, nominated for Best Rock Album of the Year by the American and Latin Grammys. It is not uncommon to see Rosado’s name on album notes whether as a pianist, producer, songwriter, or musical director. Rosado’s music has evolved from the sounds of salsa to Latin jazz, and 2021 brought the release of two new albums. He is a driving force in the tropical music industry.
The Marlow Rosado concert is one of several in Gervasi Vineyard’s summer concert series. This series will be held in Gervasi’s beautiful covered Pavilion, nestled between a sparkling lake and lush vineyard. The concert series will kick-off on June 17 and will continue through September 16. Artists include the Rat Pack, Helen Welch, Marlow Rosado, and Bob James. Concert goers can enjoy dinner at any of Gervasi’s restaurants before the show.
The Rat Pack features timeless hits along with all kinds of music from country to Motown. Helen Welch will get the crowd swinging to her warm alto tones à la Karen Carpenter along with soul and oodles of cheeky British humor. Bob James, a two-time Grammy Award winner will round out the series with his smooth, classic and fusion jazz.

Premium tickets are $57 per person and located in the front/center section of the Pavilion. General tickets are $47 per person and located in the back/side section of the Pavilion and could have an obstructed view. Tickets include a trio of appetizer bites and a mojito cocktail.
